Shipping Carrier & Locations
We ship to all 50 states via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. For international shipping, we ship via First-Class Package International Service. Please note for International shipping, we do not have tracking service.
Please allow at least 48 hours from your order date for regular ground orders and at least 24 hours to process for rush orders.

You must return your item within 30 days of your order being shipped. Returns must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the return items, the refund amount will be the total purchase amount net of the shipping fee.
Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to process a return. We will email you a prepaid label.
Please check the box for the reason for return on the return form emailed with the return label.
Sale items are eligible for refund unless they are Final Sale items. Final sale items are only eligible for exchange of size of the same style (no refunds/store credit).
Damaged or Defective Returns
We verify the quality of the goods before shipping, but if for any reason, you receive damaged or defective items, please send us and email at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of your issue and we will send you a prepaid label to return. In this case, we will fully refund your original source of payment.
Merchandise that is not returned within 30 days from the time your order shipped
will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
We charge 9.5% to orders from California. Any orders outside California are exempt from sales tax.
