Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING CARRIER & LOCATIONS
We ship to all 50 states via FedEx or UPS. For international shipping, we ship via FedEx or DHL.
SHIPPING RATES
Please allow process time of at least 2 business days from your order date for regular ground orders and at least 1 business day to process for rush orders.
We offer free shipping for any orders over $200 excluding discounts and sales tax for domestic packages. Otherwise, for domestic shipping, please see the following information:
Regular Ground Flat Rate (5-6 business days): $13.00
2-day (2 business days):
- Up to orders of $300: $20
- Orders from $300-$500: $40
- Orders from $500-$700: $60
- Orders from $700-$900: $80
- Orders over $900: $100
Standard Overnight (next business day):
- Up to orders of $300: $50
- Orders from $300-$500: $70
- Orders from $500-$700: $90
- Orders from $700-$900: $110
- Orders over $900: $130

International Economy Shipping:
- Up to orders of $100: $40
- Orders from $100-$200: $55
- Orders from $200-$300: $70
- Orders from $300-$400: $85

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic Returns:
You may return your item within 30 days of your order being received, unless they are final sale items or accessory items. Returns must be unused and in their original condition with tags. If the item(s) is returned stained/damaged, we will not be able to refund you for this item(s).
Please submit your return and exchange request from HERE. Once we receive your return/exchange request, we will process your request within 2 business days.
Upon reviewing and approving your request, we will email you a prepaid return label.
Once we receive the return items, the refund amount will be as follows:
If you are returning all items in your order: The total purchase amount net of the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of $12.
If you are returning only a part of your order: The total purchase amount net of the return shipping fee of $12.

International Returns & Exchanges:
You may return your item within 45 days of your order being received, unless they are final sale items. Returns must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the return items, we will issue a refund to your original payment card. At this time, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for international shipments.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for refund or exchanges unless they are final sale items. Final sale items are not returnable or refundable. However, you may request an exchange for a different size for a final sale items. We can process the exchange if we have the requested size in stock. Otherwise, we cannot exchange nor refund you for the final sale item. Please note an exchange fee of $12 will be charged if you request an exchange on a final sale item. Damaged or Defective Returns
We verify the quality of the goods before shipping, but if for any reason, you receive damaged or defective items, please send us an email at sales@loeufpoche.com and notify us of your issue and we will send you a prepaid label to return. For non-final sale items, we will issue a full refund once we receive the item. For a final sale item, we will send you a replacement for the same item if we have your damaged item in stock. If we do not have the replacement item, we will issue a store credit upon receipt of the return item.
Late Return/Exchange Requests
If you do not submit a return/exchange request within 30 days from the time you receive your order, please understand that your request will be rejected.
Sales Tax
We charge 9.5% to orders from California. Any orders outside California are exempt from sales tax.
